Easily open escrow or join an existing transaction in Title | Pipe™ to securely collaborate with ALL transaction parties.
As a settlement agent, you have the ability to initiate a new order by clicking the “Open Escrow” button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Specify your role and transaction type, drag and drop required documentation, and complete required transaction information.
Search and invite required participants in the role they play. If your group invites are set up, those individuals will automatically be invited.
When you are invited to join a Title | Pipe™ transaction, you will receive an email invitation that will need to be accepted in order to join the transaction in the role you play.
On the ‘My Transactions’ tab you will need to click the ‘Join’ button on the applicable transaction. You then will be requested to authenticate your role and invite required participants in order to access the transaction.
